  Great products, terrible customer service on my last two visits.
  
  I've always had good experiences and received quality products over the last 10 years as a cash customer.
  
  However, my last two experiences with the lady at the hardware desk have been very ordinary.
  
  I suggest you move her away from customers as I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
  
  If management are interested, my last dealing with her was this morning (06/02/23) whilst picking up a load of aggregate.

  lazy customer service. Brought in a sample of exposed concrete from my property to get some advice if they had any similar. She didn't even look at the sample I brought in, just told me to look at the sample of the wall.

  Two of these trucks thought it was ok to sit side by side blocking both lanes and matching each other's speed, nose to nose, with no traffic in front of them, creating a bottleneck of traffic behind then for about 10kms only merging into one lane because one lane shut for roadworks.

  I'm impressed with this place. Very friendly people who know their stuff about local soil conditions and have great advice on how to fix it. The products are very cost effective in bulk. Loads of related garden supplies including fertilizer, sand, soil, rocks, firewood, compost, concrete, pavers. The store is wheelchair accessible. The layout is logical and easy to find what you want.
