  I came here on Sunday 29/07/18 for my birthday dinner and I definitely never want to go back, my meal never came out after an hour waiting and everyone else on my table had already gotten their food and I don’t think anyone on the table was impressed with their meals, chips were cold food was soggy and they seemed to have a missed my friends order completely, luckily I had ordered an entree for myself but once I received it seemed as if it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for at least 10 I had ordered a cheesey garlic bread and the cheese had gone hard on the top and was in fact cold. I decided to go up and complain asking where my meal was and everyone behind the counter seemed rude and said they didn’t know where my meal was and they didn’t seem to care, I asked for my money back because I just wanted to leave seeing as everyone else on my table had already eaten, I’m disappointed and never want to go back here again service was terrible so was the food, over all bad experience, I didn’t even get dinner on my birthday

  A very busy hotel. A main entrance with receptionist. The bistro/restaurant is vast and a very stylish bar. The children's play area, definitely larger and more modernised. The sports bar has a band playing monthly and a reasonable sized TAB. It also has a Gaming room. Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. They have 2 courtesy vehicles. Also a bottle shop close by, on the property.

  The two stars is for their prices. I don’t know how a family with older children could afford to eat here more than once. I ordered steak and had to pay $1 garlic butter? A general Greek salad without Lamb is $27.00. It’s great for younger kids but won’t be going again unless I can re mortgage my house!

  Great pub, I love the food and variety... lunch special is awesome and the kids club always have good deals! Playground is fun! Sometimes some rude customer service!

  Absolutely bad service, food came out extremely late and there wasn’t even an apology. The People I was out with and myself got told to leave the play room completely or we will be kicked out. Some of us were just looking around and others were playing on the game machines and paying money and we were not even swearing but yet we had to leave mid game with no refund or being able to finish it. We are all still minors and young kids. The workers judged us all on looks and height. I’m the youngest of the group that was apart of this and yet I was taken as the adult I am way under 16 and am definitely nowhere near an adult I’m a child and I’m very unhappy with what happened. There was also no sign of age restrictions anywhere in or outside the playroom, and nowhere stating that people can’t go in and play the money game machines. I definitely will not be going back after the events of this night! Very disappointed with everything that happened I’ve been going here for years and just because one night I decide to dress appropriate and look mature to fit in I get threatened to be kicked out. Will definitely never tell people to go here anymore extremely upset that it is still going down hill after it was supposed to get better after the name change and fixing of the place.
